What was your most memorable law school moment?
Probably presenting my research paper from Professor Percival’s Global Environmental Law class at the IUCN conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I was able to present my research on international and national wildlife laws and regulations in front of an international audience.

my dogs Camden and Boh.

Who was your favorite professor and why?
A tie between Professors Percival and Kakade. Both helped shape my interests in environmental law. I was able to work on several international environmental initiatives with Professor Percival. Professor Kakade has been one of my greatest mentors throughout my time on the environmental clinic. She has helped me discover new pathways I could take my career as an environmental lawyer and helped me discover a new passion for environmental compliance work, especially concerning water pollution.

What was your favorite class and why?
The Environmental Law Clinic. The Environmental clinic is a year long and really gave me a chance to delve into practicing environmental law. I got to work on a variety of different projects from working on a case before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and developing a resource guide for communities affected by bauxite mining.
