Benita

Who are your mentors? How have they impacted your journey?
Dean Edwards, Dean Hayes and my professors. Always ready to listen and advice accordingly.

What did you learn about yourself at Maryland Carey Law?
Ability to study longer hours than I would have ordinarily done.

Who was your favorite professor and why?
That’s a difficult one. I like Prof Doss and Prof Greenberger. Prof Doss has a lot of information and always tries to figure how to impact knowledge within a short period(which she does well) and Prof Greenberger always lights up the class and makes us crack up too.

What was your favorite class and why?
Another difficult one. Actually loved all my classes but always look forward to Prof Greenberger’s Cyber Crimes class.

Thank you Dean Edwards, Dean Hayes, Profs Doss, Yelin, Cornelius, Greenberger, Rauschecker, Mark, Villard, and all the staff of the law school. I definitely won’t have been able to do it without you all. I also thank some of the JD and LLM students for being friendly especially Benita, Odinaka, Zihindula, Micah, Suprita, Jaime, Felicia and Cheryl. Really appreciate you all. As for the non-Nigerians, you are welcome to Nigeria and I’m ready to be a good host. Thank you all.
