Finish this sentence: I could not have gotten through this experience without…
my husband and parents.

Who are your mentors? How have they impacted your journey?
My great mentor is Jayne Chung, a Maryland Carey Law graduate and became an associate at Venable. She became my best friend and a role model and showed me how hard work pays off. She guided me well, so I don’t give up.

What did you learn about yourself while earning this degree?
I learned that there isn’t any limit to what I can do, a J.D. degree is a big achievement, and fear can be a positive motivator.

Who was your favorite professor and why?
My favorite professor in law school was professor Millemann. He was a great professor, mentor, and competent attorney. He made his time available whenever I need someone to talk to or feel stuck with a clinic assignment. He helped me produce the best work product and encouraged me to succeed at the AG’s office. I want to thank him again for his thoughtful feedback and guidance.

What was your favorite class and why?
Family Law: Family law was an interesting subject and applicable to everyday life. Plus, I got a good grade.
