Nathan served in the Student Bar Association as a 1L class representative, 2D Class President, and 3D Class President. He participated in the Bankruptcy Moot Court team. He is a member of BOSS (Baltimore
Outreach for Student Success) and BLS (Business Law Society). He worked as an Academic Achievement Teaching Fellow and as a Peer Advisor. He volunteered with DECA to provide mentorship for high school
students and with two Baltimore nonprofits helping to write grants for them. He completed the President’s Student Leadership Institute for the 2020-2021 cohort.

What was your most memorable moment?
Serving in the SBA, planning Barrister’s with an amazing team, and working in the Admissions office.

Who are your mentors? How have they impacted your journey?
Professors Colbert, Hansen, Guerin, the Admissions office, OSA, and so many more have all left an indelible mark and have inspired me to continue learning, to continue advocating, and to continue leaning into the process of living life fully.

What was your favorite class and why?
Criminal law is like learning the Dark Arts in Harry Potter. The parallels are there and with other law classes.

Thank you for the support from faculty, staff, and students. I am proud to be part of this community and to be a graduate of this institution. Professors Colbert, Piermattei, Hansen, Guerin, and so many more have all been instrumental in my life and my development as a legal professional. My classmates are amazing with their staggering intellects and generous spirits. Thank you, all!
