Who are your mentors? How have they impacted your journey?
Lila Meadows has been an amazing mentor throughout law school. As my clinic professor, she taught me to have confidence in my skills and how to be a successful attorney in practice, all while maintaining client centered lawyering. Lila taught me so much throughout clinic, and continues to do so as a mentor in my next steps. Her kindness and amazing skills as both a professor and attorney will be dearly remembered.

Professor Vesely brought real-world knowledge and considerations to the already fascinating fields of emergency management and homeland security. Professor Vesely has a fabulous, down-to-earth teaching style that I really enjoyed throughout the Cybersecurity & Crisis Management Law certificate program.
Professor Danchin’s passion and knowledge about international law was so evident in his classes. I truly enjoyed learning international law and human rights, as well as my experience on the international moot court team with Professor Danchin.
What was your favorite class and why?
My favorite class was Homeland Security & Counterterrorism Law with Professor Vesely. The class brought together so many interesting components of international, criminal, procedural, and cyber laws that made the material fascinating.
